Employee Engagement Surveys for NFP Organizations

The Cause

What if I told you that you have the power to unlock the potential of entire organizations—helping them reduce employee turnover, boost productivity, and strengthen their teams—all with one simple tool?

It might sound like magic, but it’s not a wand—it’s employee engagement surveys. By supporting these surveys, you’re not just gathering data; you’re giving charities and non-profits the ability to transform their workplaces, keeping employees happy and engaged.

Many non-profits are grappling with HR challenges and lack the resources to address these issues effectively. That’s where we come in.

Our vision is to empower these organizations with the help of the Field Law Community Fund by offering employee engagement surveys to non-profits and charities across Alberta and Canada. These surveys can uncover insights leading to better retention, improved morale, and stronger, more cohesive teams.

At CG Hylton Inc., we’ve spent decades helping small and medium-sized businesses in Alberta and across Canada with customized HR solutions. One of our most impactful services is employee engagement surveys. These surveys do more than just gather feedback—they provide organizations with actionable insights that can spark real change, resulting in long-term success.
Our Idea
We propose offering up to five free employee engagement surveys for charities and non-profits struggling with issues like high staff turnover or disengaged employees. These surveys will give organizations a clear picture of their internal challenges and offer the information they need to improve their work environment and retain their most valuable resource—their people.

Employee engagement surveys aren’t just questionnaires; they’re tools for transformation. Research shows that engaged employees are 21% more productive. For charities and non-profits, that means more stability and a motivated workforce, directly impacting their communities.

Once the surveys are completed, CG Hylton will provide each organization with a detailed report that includes customized strategies and recommendations. And we won’t stop there. We’ll also offer advice for implementing these changes to ensure that the insights gained lead to tangible improvements in workplace culture and employee retention.

Who Will it Benefit?

This initiative will benefit organizations, their employees, and, by extension, the clients and communities they serve. When they tackle HR challenges head-on, these non-profits will create healthier, more positive work environments where employees feel valued and motivated, ultimately strengthening the organization.
