Future Stars Cricket League – Winter Season
The Cause
The Future Stars Cricket Foundation (FSCF) seeks to apply for the Field Law Community Fund to support its upcoming initiative, the Future Stars Cricket League - Winter 2024 Season. This program is designed to provide an inclusive and enriching cricketing experience for youth aged 5 to 18, with a specific focus on engaging newcomers, refugees, visible minorities, and low-income families. Building on the foundation of FSCF's successful cricket programs, this Winter League aims to create a safe and supportive environment where young individuals can not only develop their cricketing skills but also foster a sense of community, belonging, and personal growth. The program is set to offer free access to participants and their families, eliminating financial barriers that often limit access to organized sports activities for under served demographics. By providing structured coaching, professional officiating, and a nurturing environment, the Winter 2024 Season aspires to promote physical fitness, skill development, and the cultivation of values such as teamwork, respect, and fair play among participants. Through the Field Law Community Fund, FSCF aims to sustain this inclusive and impactful program, ensuring that more youth in the community can benefit from the transformative power of sports and community engagement.
Who Will it Benefit?
