Westlock Child Care Society Community Playground

The Cause

The Westlock Child Care Society is a non-profit, charitable organization that provides quality child care in Westlock and surrounding areas. We currently offer three programs: day care, out-of-school care, and licensed day homes.
Our mission is to provide quality options to assist parents with their child care needs.

We have a vision to create a new Community Playground for the kids who partake in the programs of the Westlock Child Care Society,as well as the members of the community.

Who Will it Benefit?

Currently, our playground is dated, worn and in need of removal and replacement. In conjunction with this, we would like to complete several outdoor learning environment projects, which include a gazebo, new trees, and the use of more natural materials to engage children’s learning and development.
